Landscape Crew Supervisor
We are looking for an individual with 5+ years of landscape experience on both residential and commercial jobs, that can manage and work with the landscape crews. This position will be mainly on overseeing the residential jobs during the week, while working closely with the production manager.
As a working supervisor, this position will be a working leader that can take direction, understand the logistical aspects of completing a landscape installation, as well as knowledge in the various skills on the job site. This includes overseeing the installation of trees, flowers, shrubs, and hardscape work according to overall design, as well as utilizing best horticultural practices and safety standards.

Degree in horticulture or related field is extremely desired.
This person will need to come into this position and be a leader on day one, learning about the company and building rapport with all of the crews. The skills of the Landscape Supervisor are what will support the success of our landscape crew leaders and members.
This is a salaried position based on experience, and will report directly to the Production Manager.
Facilities Support/Driver (Snow Plow Experience Extremely Wanted) – 9:30 to 6:30 Monday thru Friday. 40 hours full time.
This position will work closely with the Facilities Manager and both Maintenance and Production Divisions.
Deliveries of both plant material and machinery.
Support of unloading and loading trucks with machinery and materials, all day.
Punctual with time and commitments.
Basic computer skills.
Operating Machinery for loading and unloading.
Helping close down the facilities at the end of the day.
Valid Drivers license with knowledge of driving trucks with trailers with machinery (CDL would be highly desired for knowledge).
Basic Mechanical Skills to support our mechanic and crews.
Base pay of $12 hour, not including experience and education. Automatic .50 cent raise with 90 consecutive days of attendance and performance.
